How We Work

The process:

Consulting services can be done via the internet, snail mail or in-person if you are located near Minnesota’s Twin Cities metropolitan area.  As soon you have sent the necessary information, photos and  payment we will begin working on your report. Time needed to complete a report varies according to the nature, scope and demands of your project.

Expedited services are available for an additional fee, but prior approval is necessary to ensure we will be able to accommodate your schedule.

 

For In-Person Consults:

Please contact Historic Design Consulting  and we will respond to you as soon as we are able.  We can then arrange a personal meeting to discuss your historic building and our services.

 

 For Internet Consults:

  1. Contact Historic Design Consulting and tell us a little about you and your project.
  2. Take photographs of your historic building following the guidelines found on the on the Tips for Taking Picturespage.
  3. Email your photos to Historic Design Consulting at mjohn@historic-design.com.
  4. Send payment via PayPal or a personal check made out to Historic Design Consulting  LLC to:
